Memories Of Being A Child (FC)

Now that I'm thinking about it, I kind of miss being a kid. I miss those good old days when I would be so happy about everything. I use to love when its Winter, Christmas was almost near and waking up in the morning running to my window to see white snow falling down. On Christmas eve, I would wait with my family until its 12:00am. As soon as it strikes 12:00am we would start to open our presents. Christmas is one of my favorite holiday when I was a child and still is. I miss playing games such as Tag, Hide n' Seek, Dance Contest, Singing Contest, and etc. I miss going to birthday parties and playing musical chairs, even though I would get mad sometimes if I didn't sat on a chair when the music stops. I miss going to the park with my mom and dad. They would buy me ice-cream, push me on the swings, pushing me down a slide and catching me before I fall down. I remember when my dad was trying to help me and my sister ride a bike for the first time without training wheel. I was scared at first, but he would be by my side just in case and then little by little I got the hang of it. It took a lot of practice, but I'm glad I learned. I remember going to Dorney Park and Six Flags. I was full of excitement on those days. Riding on the rollercoaster were pretty scary, but I loved it! There is so much to talk about when I was a child. I just really miss all those good old times when I was a child!

  1. You really brought back good memories that we can all relate to. I miss being child and it shows how times goes by really fast. Reading this blog invoked tears in my ears as well as laughter because I did a lot of foolish thing as a kid. I really miss my childhood and most importantly I'm proud about the things I accomplish as a little girl. Moreover; we should really thank our parents for being a part of our wonderful journey when we were little girls as well as helping/guiding as to accomplish tasks that we thought were hard to do.

  2. This is such a nostalgic post! I have to say, my memories of being a child have always been rather vague. Even when I was your age, I needed to be prompted to remember specific events of my childhood. You can still do most of those things. Find a family member or neighbor with a little kid, I'm sure they would love for you to borrow the kid to go to the swings. Not to mention, if you start your own family, you'll be able to create brand new family memories.
